yup but.. it has two sides..
1. admins should follow their rules and lock their accounts with no chance for appeal
2. admins are using new rules which was made recently and next fake breaks should end with 30 day ban for both sides..

of course..
1st is bad for all, but its fair with Head Rule made ages ago by mick,
2nd allows for sharing (?), but its better when some1 gets locked unfairly..
