how ? :( Listen now 1. download http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=63 this is alci's img tool the program needed for snow mod to replace files from gta3.img
2. http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AP3B71GN download this and that files with alci's img tool put in gta3.img that is in ur gta san andreas directory map models
3. http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/?id=3 (http://cleo.sannybuilder.com/?id=3) download this this is cleo 3 cleo three is in left upper corner it say cleo3 (installer) download that and install
4. http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=327387 (http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=327387) Download this this is snow fall mod and install that and when ur in game press lctrl and num + and that's all :)

Freaking right on! It's what I asked for, Bulk replacement. I got my Snow textures.. now I just need the Cleo mod!
