Guys i try this 2 mods & others but all the time my wheels are showed like that (white color) what can i do ??????????

Google has a lot of wheel packs, so, google.com.br will help you -.-
And about the white wheel, add vehicles.ide on your rockstar games/ gta san andreas/ data/ maps/ vehicles/ and replace the original vehicle.ide
