lol, thats messed up. I'm trying to think of why it would do that... Maybe sinkhole

But you can't get hydrolics on em can u?

This happens to me sometimes with the back of my truck trailer.

The back wheels will fall through the ground where two pieces of map join. Its a bit weird :P
