anyone else notice that all but 1 of the houses on the market their previous owners were banned the admins must have been doing server cleaning

If the owner is banned for cheats then his account will be deleted after 7 days which means his house will be available for sale 7 days later (plus 0-24h)

If the owner is banned for other things then nothing will happen with his house unless the ban is longer than 60 days

Nagy, if you looked at the previous owners of all those houses, you would have noticed that it was well beyond the seven days.  Babyeroses (both versions of him) was already banned more than 2 weeks before his houses were put out on the market.  This probably shows that there is no automatic script for the auto-sale of banned players' assets like there is for those that are 60 days inactive.

This isn't automatic, if you see a house and you know for a fact that the owner is banned, tell me Zacco or Mick in-game and we'll sell it.
