Clubs have been in server long before there was clubs system.
The clubs system has been implement to facilitate paying for scripted base, managing membership, access to club base and vehicles.
If you want to pay the active players of the club, you yourself can manage a paycheck system, all the required information is provided.

I am also bored/tired of current club system. It has absolutelly no advantages, I am going to treat feature one by one.

Other players can share their vehicles. - This is good

Driver that uses club vehicle recieves no bonus. - This is bad. Why would people want to drive for a club if they recieve nothing. They can as well use free vehicles instead, or somebody else's private vehicle.

Clubs don't really require a base. - This is good.

Clubs must pay for keeping the base. - This is good.

Owners cannot withdraw money from the club. - This is not good, should be added.

Club cannot give bonus an to active driver. - This is not good, should be added.

All in all clubs are just a parking lot that people must work in order to maintain it. Sense? Close to null. Newcomers got no reason to work for a club. People are not enjoying that much to drive for the good sake of a parking lot. People are greedy and must be motivated. This is where to start improving clubs. Maybe rebuilding clubs is a bit too much, but improvement is what they need.

Well I don't agree with that shock because no club today have 10 members working actively for club, we need something new to bring players back, those clubs are fail and players don't earn anything from club

I think it should be reworked too. But totally everything. Theese clubs are boring after longer time. And that's what I liked on TM and it's definitely missing here. Company system. Every company had it's base, had it's own website where people were writting applications to join company. And company had limited nubmer of members, for example companies with smaller base was for 15 people, bigger for 30. And on server were just like 6 companies, every company had it's own base, gas station, service. There were some money limits which player needed to do. At the end of the week manager of company wrote on forum who how much money earned, how many hauls he did etc. And that's what was always taking me back to play. This club system on CT is in my opinion one big fail. It needs to be completely reworked.

You do get a bonus when working with club vehicles and it goes to the club. If a club is active enough lets say 5 to 10 members using club vehicles the club can do more than survive of that money.

I think club system should be rebuilded in way more like companies because this way, players using club vehicles don't get anything. They should add something like bonus for using club vehicles or something like that to make more people using club vehicles, this way more and more clubs are dying and actually living on donates, not by working. I think adding this kind of stuff could possibly attract more people to start creating new clubs or more newbies to stay playing on server
