I think that one way to win 1 point for the achievement would be that, for example: the police fine 10 different players get 1 point, to avoid farming.  (It should be tested to see how many fines to different players should be made so that it is not impossible but not easy).  to tell you again to fine the same player must spend some time, maybe 1 hour or 2 etc.  this should be tested to balance it.

Anyways, the topic is to make cop ach easier nothing to do with thief spawning without cop or fines collection system.

I do know its hard achievement, but not impossible, if it somehow became easy its a good point for those who want to complete it. but if it didn't, then they have to do it in the hard way, its hard, but not impossible tho.

Maybe a fine paying system would be great, as either players go too many fines and are unable to reclass, or dont have a badge or something or the other but with a fine system it would make it easier to just pay it instead of waiting for someone to reclass or smtn. IDK  just saying.

As stated above it took us some time we did it but it can be done, as i also did it last year. So its not impossible, but its one hard achievement to get no doubt

something must be done about it because basically no one is playing a policeman or a thief. It took me 2 years to do this cop ach. I like Sjomp idea tho.

True, it can be easily farmed. btw I also think its hard now a days to complete cop achievement, as many players would leave thief class after they get jailed 4/5 times before even unloading (which is really annoying).

But, at least I can say this is not an impossible achievement.

I took over 1 year to complete this achievement and I remember TiPiR also spend a lot of time to complete this achievement, but in the end we finally did it. You just don't have to lose hope, keep doing cop when ever you think its good time to do, and at least you can get some arrests, will not be stucked at 0. sometimes, players don't esc and go afk, they get wanted, sometimes new players don't pay they get wanted, sometimes players don't have money they get wanted, there is still some hope left.

Its on you if you want to let thief unload in peace, or just ram him off and jail, although everyone can't ram due to lag and pings stuff, so you can follow and jail when he stops at any point. But you should go for 2nd option (ram and jail), as if you would leave someone till unload, then it could go wrong as well. Like, thief hit a wall or something and his vehicle is stalled but you don't arrest him as you let him unload, and he can /fixcar and you wait near him whole time then let him unload and arrest, this can be seen as farming. So arrest when ever you get opportunity, don't wait for thief to go at unload.
