The problem is not for those who pay the big price. The problem is for those who buy and sell houses to make money.

Thats not true at all, you buy a car for $2000, put in $7000, you wont be able to sell it for more than $5500

Same thing for cars, if you restore or improve it, it appreciates, (not as much as houses).
Like in real life. For example: You buy a new house for $25.000, it passes 3 years then you can sell it for $35.000. People would have to see if they accept or not, it's normal....different from vehicles which their price decrease everyday.

The problem is
Quote from: GeneralLee on November 07, 2014, 09:13So? thats not a problem at all, its like in real life.. the one who pays more gets it, it can be a betting game, you don't have the money, you can't buy the house end of the story.Quote from: TheSandman on November 07, 2014, 08:59Quote from: GeneralLee on November 07, 2014, 08:21Its not really abuse, its just stupidity.
I bet it can be abused.
For example people will ask 20,000,000$ for a 2 slots.
/sellhouse [id] [Random Price] *Scripters set the random price
/givemoney [id] [rest of money to 20,000,000$]
Since you decide whether or not to buy it.
When all houses will be bought again(like in 2012), players will play big money just to own a house.
Quote from: GeneralLee on November 07, 2014, 09:13We need to have that much player to buy those houses lol. Anyway it would be more fun that way, people not working anymore for money and doing convoy's more and more since there will be house to buy so why spend time on achievements when you can have fun by doing convoys.Quote from: TheSandman on November 07, 2014, 08:59Quote from: GeneralLee on November 07, 2014, 08:21Its not really abuse, its just stupidity.
