Go to youtube > LogIn > My chanell > Video Manager > Look for Lock symbol (Right side) > Make it "Unlisted" or  "Public" > Save

I know that, but simply putting link to YouTube upload page isn't sufficient since it's highly advised that people encode their videos first.

Youtube will be the fastest uploader you have. Or use xfires encoder (in its install folder) to make videos smaller, then upload that too youtube :D

Use Xfire as joshy said. It uploads directly to the xfire website where you can link to it in the report, loads quicker than Youtube.

There is no 'imgur' for videos unless you are willing to just upload the raw FRAPS file straight to YouTube (could take hours). I suggest you use xfire to capture AND upload videos as it's really easy to use.
