Whats wrong with improving the use of the command? XD was there an actual reason behind it? I'd check but lazy.

Yes. Tell them to use /dst if they're in their convoy, or type it out yourself.

I made that command long time ago, everytime you used /13 without an input it would ask for the weather at the road ahead you, like: 10-13 Requesting Weather at East Las Venturas and if you input a weather it would say: 10-13 Sunny at East Las Venturas, tested it, worked fine, but then mick told me he didn't like it and i should leave /13 as it was  :'(

I just want /h and /13 to work together.. /h foggy /13 something like that  or /h /50  so it shows (10-50) crash @ Doherty

+1 actually I like some of the codes like 10-28, 10-77, 10-85 and ambulance needed or dead animal are not needed so -1 for them
