Proof:He insulted just me over 20 times, but I was ignoring him this day. He insulted all players countless of times. Disrespectful, insulting, disgusting, spamming, ignorant, those are just some of the words to describe him. He deserves perm ban because he insults everyone until admin logs in, he leaves. Is he the bad DDoS hacker? In that case, I would be okay with him and his insults as long as he is not ddosing, if that's not him, then you guys should get rid of him.

I showed some screenshots of him insulting is own sister, how disgusting. That is the proof that his account is for nothing but spamming and idiotism. No one would say something like that.
