Objects will be added at mappers discretion. However many of them use MTA, not too sure if that uses 0.3.7 objects or not yet.
Just install map editor into SA folder and You are done

Hey guys what do You think about adding new 0.3.7 objects IT will Be more funny and there are some radar signs too, radar are stressing so, few signs wont Hurt anyone :d
