since that happened http://www.forum.convoytrucking.net/index.php/topic,37280.0.html and it was funny to deliver a real character but as Supreme suggested, nobody has time to do that i want to suggest a little modification:

the chaffeur mission have to be made only with offline player as passengers, when u arrive to the passenger's house the system spawn an "ai character" that get on the backseat of the car and once you arrive to destination the ai character get down from the car. In this way u deliver a passanger, it is an ai passenger but a passenger, and drivers don't go like an id**t with an empty car up and down for the server's map

i was normally doing missions like haffeur when happened that i had to deliver a friend of mine to las venturas, so we decided to do it really. It would b funny if every mission could be done with the real passenger seated on the backseat

Events / Rat Race

this idea is based on the Film "Rat Race" in which a number of people recieve a key that open a particular box containing 1 milion dollar, the first who arrive using every vehicle is the winner.

i would like to propose a server version of this game:
The race strarts in a desert/inhabited place where there are no vehicle and all partecipants have to be on foot at the start, after the race start you could take every vehicle except planes (are allowed helicopters, bikes, cars, trucks, vans, boats, etc.) and follow every route you like, the first at the end-checkpoint will win and get the prize*. The end-checkpoint will not be on island, it will be reachable by car

There are only 2 rules:
- NO planes
- NO /reclass to spawn near end-checkpoint


*only the first will win and the prize is 200.000$ if no fee is introduced, if u want better prize we could introduce an entrance tax of 10.000$ and introduce prizes for 2nd and 3rd places or improve the 1st prize.



before fixing the event i want to know if u like the idea or not.
if u like that idea or u have some modification  let me know commenting this post, if there are more than 5 partecipants i will organize the event.

GTA & SA-MP / trouble with secundary fire

hi, i have a problem with my gta, it crasheses when i use secondary fire keys, i mean not a particular key (like ''L' or 'LCTRL') but the function secondary fire whatever key i assign to it.
My question is:
seen that in this server secundary fire correspond to cruise control, can i disable the in-game cruise control and use a mod to do the same function? otherwise i could not use cruise control...

i think that securicar's trucker need to view thief on the map, this is just a bit fair, i mean: thief has a red dot on loaded securicar but securicar's driver could not see where thief so it would be beautiful if u do something like: if you are doing a mission have a red dot on thief to check their movements

my idea is to remove the 90% of spawned vehicle on the map and reduce the not used spawned vehicle to 0

instead of having spawned vehicle everywhere we could use something like a spawn point, there you can type a command like "/spawn" and a dialog opens and make you choose form available vehicle, naturally vehicle which could be spawned are the same of actual spawnd vehicle for example:
you are in a trucker spawn point, there we put 3 or 4 spawn zone and every spawnzone allows you to spawn only 1 truck and 1 trailer, there you can spawn ONLY roadtrain, petrol, linerunner, arctic 1, arctic 2, arctic 3, petrol tanker, dump trailer, flatbed, dft30, cement truck

once you spawned your truck and your trailer you have to wait something like 60 seconds or 5 minutes before you can spawn another truck or trailer (so to avoid noobs tricks). The spawned vehicle could be drived only by the spawner, other peoples could only get on like passengers, when the spawner spans another vehicle the vehicle spawned previously will be destroyed and removed, this will also happend when the spawner log off.

with this system we will not have spawned and badly parked vehicles but only clean areas (i'm refferring to Linden Site where there are always dump trailer parked in anyway and to LVA Freight Depot where there is the same situation of Linden Site).
We could insert a control which limit te amount of vehicle and disable the possibility of spawn other vehicles when the maximum vehicle number is reached.

in police sation you could spawn every police vehicle like policebikes, poilice car, fbi truck, fbi rancer, enforcer, swat tank, etc etc.

naturally random spawned cars will remain on the map but "work vehices" will be spawned only by players....

edit: on the spawn zone there will be the message: "to spawn a vehicle type /spawn", and the /spawn command is available only if the player is near (less than 2 meters) from the spawn zone, also the spawn zone could be marked by road markings
