Why would you? Just use PM. ;)
Unlocking the van achievement gives you 40 extra CB channels. but even without them i would recommend to use channes 20-40 because thse channels are rarely used ( except 35&39). Meet with your friends there and just tell no1 that your staying there and you can have a confidential conversation.
