I tried it in chrome, in ie, but there is no description for me... I tried to click on many-many icons, but nothing happens. :-\

it works in chrome... just hover your mouse over the icons, itll say what the icon is, click it, it will show you where it shows up on the map

The new versions (10-11) are useable. But still don't get it... so this basically just shows me some icons on the map and that's it? Because I can't get anything else on it.

you answered your own question there... its for reference. serves no purpose but that.. like CT server map on website, its for reference
