if a lot of this mini mission stuff was made, what is the holdup
the hold up is getting a qualified scripter with enough experience and knowledge of both CT scripts/gamemode/players to be able to pull this off with whats already existing today... not to mention Mick has to 1. trust them, 2. approve their experience, 3. allow them to add to HIS gamemode and not screw anything up....and have enough time. and patience to do it all in the first place...

That feature by Matias is fucking awesome. :like: Looking forward it will be added on the server soon. ;)

I think he meant the part where he created the Utility Van missions... *cough, cough*
I looked only the video m8

Adding it to CT's script is quite a work, I don't have time anymore due to my exams. Then it also requires testing and stuff.

Absolutely agree with this. However, it doesn't have to be strictly one kind of a job, for instance speed traps or traffic lights only. It can either be a mix of everything at once, or one type of work per mission. The trailer for Utility van could bring additional bonus, or maybe even more work options. Definitely an idea that deserves to be thought about.

So, I was thinking about Utility Van few days ago and arguing with some friends about it. And I came with some ideas.
Utility van is useless, maybe it could work as a mini-mission stuff.

Those missions would work like a ''maintenance'' service, I have some suggestions:

 • ''Fixing'' Speedtraps trought the map (maybe 2~5 speedtraps per mission)
 • Doing something like club bases/houses maintenance (You drive the utility van to the club base/house and ''fix'' lights/broken stuff ..)
 • You also could do that on the cities/islands, fixing post lights, ''broken'' stuff in fuel stations, shops.
 • Going on roadworks on the map and doing a maintenance or a report to somewhere.
I know that would be ''hard'' to script, but it's just a suggestion
If you have any other suggestion on how that could work, comment.
