Proof:As u can see belkok intentional ramming because I check everyone if they are overloaded and maybe he wos mad because of that:

I don't think it was intentional, it looks like he had cruise control on high speed from the downhill near bayside, you need to turn very wide with cc so I think it was an accident and he was just trying to stay on the road and not fall in the water. You need to give players more space when driving near them because if you go too close at high speed there is going to be an accident due to to small amount of lag that everyone experiences
