It does specific ip ban in most circumstances (been awhile since I was moderator can't remember when it does and doesn't)  but you can't just range ban a whole IP on the varitible. Otherwise it'll ban multiple players.

prices used to be unique to the house years ago it's just a lot more effort to do so

it's been a long time since I did anything on a computer I can't remember how to do shit lol how do I go about that I need a copy of windows 7 yeah? That also reminds me of my $1500 laptop that's purple screening on startup if you know anything about that (got it that way for free)

So since the last time I played, I can't remember what I was doing but I believe I registered a dll for something, and ever since my computer blue screens but it's not a regular blue screen it just mentions one directory in the top left corner. Windows 7 ultimate by the way. Anyway when I go to reverse back in time on my hdd it crashes with the same blue screen, or if I try to launch it anyway it crashes on said blue screen. Is there something I can do in the bios? And if it's trashed is there a way to get my files off my computer? I have mods on there take took me a month to make that I'd love to get back lol

Which one lol. I have most of them plus my own car fits of his mods (much nicer than his tbh lol)

when you uninstall it doesn't remove all the files in GTA San Andreas (although you would think it does) but it also doesn't remove gta San Andreas user files which is another large culprit to gta no start. Don't Uninstall, literally delete anything with San Andreas attached to it and start over. If this was a couple years ago I coulda told you exactly which file causes your issue but I can tell you it's very common.

Edit: first try relocating your San Andreas file to your desktop. Just drag and drop

Easiest way is extract your mods with img 2.0 (better at extracting less failures) then make sure they all extracted and aren't at 0kb. If they are extract again but do less of them at a time. Then reinstall a gta3, install mods, done

Phenom X4 960T? is it that? It seems to be overclockable, also seems to be locked 6 core.. Since its one of those strange AMD's creations. Absolutely no overclocking with stock cooler, I wouldnt even unlock the 2 extra cores with stock cooler. they generally start to heat up lot more when you unlock locked cores..

alright. Sounds fair enough. Can I use my old motherboard, get a new cpu and gpu and basically build a new computer? Obviously I'd have to stick to amd processors but will it work? I have a gigabyte 990x I'm almost 100% sure. And is worth getting more ram? I have 8gb of the black rip jaw sticks. Keep in mind I built this bitch in like 2011 so everything is probably outdated but I figure with a new cpu and gpu, and everything is fine it wouldn't make any sense to build a whole new computer

It is a stock cooled 960t amd. I wasn't really worried about possibly hurting it unless it's a sure thing and would rape it right away lol
