Player reported: Rule broken: killing / deathmatching
Date and time: 17-2-2019 - 10 minutes prior to report.
Proof:He tried punching me first but that doesn't work due to the script. I told him that the spraycan works but that he would violate server rules. He began spraying me. I told him to stop numerous times as can be seen in the video but the player refuses to stop.
