Download IMG Alci's Editor or IMG Tool, download the backup files ( www.gtabackup.net ) then just replace the files and it's fine.

I also Recommend SPARK 0.9 for GTASA , If your new to IMG Replacement. There are some very nice simple How TO videos on YouTube on the full process.
I suggest alci's 1.5 imgtool. 'Import remove if exsists'. Fastest one out there.. all you do after importing is save. Not rebuild like all the others.
yeah and in Alci's You can replace 1000 files at once instead of 1 by 1 like IMG TOOl

SAMI bugged since it's release
Indeed alci 1.5 is definatly best. No need to wait for 5 mins to rebuild the whole img. Im mostly installing my mods in 1 min from opening img to saving it
I got this program but can't find any videos abt how tu do it a backup
maybe someone have some link to video , If Yes please send it here or on Private Message ;)

Try replacing a mod over a mod. See what happens :)
For example: bmydrug.txd and bmydrug.dff with bmydrug.txd and bmydrug.dff
