After consulting with other admins and watching the video provided several time, we have come to the conclusion, you intentionally blocked Lee's path for the sake of reporting him. You were watching him coming for the whole time and could have easily avoided the crash, further more you can be seen accelerating right before the crash happened and intentionally drive into him.
Keeping all this in mind, I'm banning you instead for 7 days for blocking and false reporting.
Addition to this, in near future, if you are found false reporting again, you will be banned for forums for indefinite period of time.
