There was no good high quality mod with reflection textures and chrome out there, so I chose to upgrade one of Arlan's mods. • Big stacks
• Better mud flaps
• Mud flap girl textures added
• Extras added in dumper box: dirt, and two types of coal. They sometimes show up, sometimes the box is empty.
• Different steps under cab
• Different air cleaner with lights
• Different headlights
• Amber lights added to top of cab
• Completely different paint scheme (2-tone)
• All textures were improved, shiny paint, shiny glass, better chrome

[hide=Chevy 3500 Van for Burrito]
I didn't make this mod, only 'improved' it. Added better textures, removed the extras from the back (to reduce # of polys), deleted the damage modeling (also to reduce poly count). Only a few things that I don't like about it: the glass doesn't appear until you turn the engine on (not sure why this is), the wheels are too small, and I don't like the texture on the mirrors. I might get around to fixing them, but here it is for now.

It is a pretty big mod (10Mb for dff), so only download if your computer can handle it.

[hide=1968 Chevy C3 Stingray Corvette]
This was a pretty average mod before I began. It didn't have shiny textures...no chrome...and no extras. Now look at it. It took me a while, but I added the T-tops as an extra. I also put it on the cheetah because it is tuneable (not that you would want to tune a vette...). Notice the last few images show the car with the T-tops in (first few have them out).

MISCELLANEOUS MODS

I made this mod a long time ago and figured I would post it here. I used to take high quality pictures in gta and needed a way to do it. So I took the camera txd and eliminated the "crosshairs" from it. My reason is this: I use FRAPS to take screenshots instead of the camera or screenshot feature in SAMP because FRAPS has a much higher resolution and quality. If you use /camera then hold caps lock, you will see the "crosshairs". They get in the way when I want to take a screenshot with FRAPS. Here is an example of the stock "crosshairs" using FRAPS:

Both the above screenshots were taken with FRAPS using /camera. In addition, by using FRAPS through the camera without the "crosshairs", you can make some pretty cool videos, like these:

For comparison of quality, look at this screenshot below. It was taken by actually using the camera (and clicking mouse button to take picture) INSTEAD of FRAPS. Compare the quality between the two techniques. Much better resolution using FRAPS and my mod  ;D

Instructions: Just replace the stock camera.txd file in your GTA3.IMG file with the one shown below. Be sure to make backups of the original in case you want to go back.

I am sorry, but I used to like you. You used to be a 'normal' player but it seems like about 6 months ago you got all pissy at everyone. An example is the way you lashed out at Vinny or I in the PM. And if it makes you feel any better, I removed your logos from the truck and trailer. So you still technically have a unique mod that NOBODY else has. And I am fine with that...because logo cusomizations are cool. But as far as the truck goes, it should be shared. I liked my other truck mod better in terms of paint scheme. I really like that truck so much better. I'm not saying this truck+trailer looks bad with this scheme, it just seems a bit boring. I really want to be able to add tertiary colors to mods (3rd colors) using /col.

I have dumper trailers but none that are meant to go with this truck. It would be a paint to add paint schemes to a lot of the trailers because they are mostly corrugated sides. I could post a simple 2 tone paint scheme that would match though.

Thats more of an artict trailer. It looks funny when hauling a tractor amd it says deliver dirt. I have a decent one with several extras in it. Ill post it later if I remember. Also, racer has a nice dumper trailer.

I fixed the double chrome color bug you pointed out. I have no idea why I didn't catch that earlier, but the versions I posted are better now lol.

Where'd you get that tanker? I converted one and i was curious if you short cutted and used mine or converted a new one haha

Yes, if you looked in your post before it was deleted you would see that the bumper was a different chrome than the exhaust stacks and other things. I fixed that now so it's better  :D

Spotted a bug earlier on with the 40ft trailer thing (forgot the name) the plate isn't shown correctly. I set it to "Fart 2" i think, it shows as "Fa" its mis-aligned, so its cut-off halfway.

I have fixed both the 2 axle and tri-axle versions of the trailer and have reuploaded it. Links have been updated. Thanks again for catching it. If any of you want the fixed version of the trailer, just re-download it.

You take too long. The topic was open for weeks. The window bug only happens with stock gta vehicles. Not sure what causes it or how to fix it, it just always happens to me lol.

Added more mods today under the "miscellaneous mods" section. Also, fixed the Custom Rancher mod bug (collisions were set wrong). New link is now correct.

Am I the only one who keeps getting millions of opcodes from these mods? They work fine for a few days and then I'll randomly start getting opcodes and my game starts crashing.
