When joining on CT server between other samp servers and ets2mp.. packetloss is going so high to 60 80
and decreasing each minute..
I waited it till 10, then i was able to choose the class trucker without seeing the picture of the character just the word :trucker:
then i cant see the spawn list
so i quit again
tried to join wishing it will be less this time, again starting from 60
i tried to close steam completely from task manager and close web pages
tried with vpn and without
same not changing..
I cant see chat between ppl, just actions, created convoy, completed delivery and things like that..
How shall i fix tha?
Contact your ISP, I guess he could potentially help with the high packet loss.

ISP and talk to tech support about it, mention that playing mmos are very difficult because my lag is so high.. you have to give them terms in which they know not just ,y packetloss is high, they wont know wtf that even is...
The only solution was:
- Re-installing the whole thing gta + samp
But after 3 days of working well.
Today morning, Same thing happening again..
Now im re-installing it again..
Last time I took a clean copy (without mods) into other folder of both samp and gta.
Today i tried to use this copy since the original one not working. and the new copy too not working. I should re-install it everytime for it to work

I meant about your internet issues, call your ISP
about your game issues, do you have another hard drive you can try to install it on??? have you removed the game by deleting it or via control panel using uninstall program? have you removed all instances from your registry? you are installing CD, cracked (downloaded version from some random website), steam version?

Well, even for my internet issues Im calling the ISP and when I started to explain the issue. they told me that they cant help, then I told them everyone is telling me to talk to my ISP..
They answered like "What is ISP?"
I ended up the call without any further discussion, and Im sure that they are the one who provided me with internet services..
For the other thing no I work with a torrent DOC gave me HOODLUM.
When i access the setup.exe in this Hoodlum folder.. (If game was installed, their is option "Play GTA" & "Un install". So I un install from this place always..
Then when game is uninstalled instead of "Play GTA" > "Install GTA"
I click and install it then install samp in the folder
Last time it worked but now the problem happened again, I tried to reinstall in this way.. Not working
God knows why..
From 3 years in SAMP first time it happens to me
For another hard drive, Yeah tomorrow, I will try to go to my dad office, and I ll try to access it on my work pc. its already installed their..
((so crack version)) - never tried registry or something else, nor CD, or Steam (cracked agian)
