Had this on my hard drive before it shit itself. Pretty much worked like;

First offence: Muted 120 seconds (2 mins).
Second offence: Muted 300 seconds (5 mins).
Third offence: Muted 900 seconds (15 mins).
Fourth and final: Permuted until mod unmutes you.

It was account bound. So relogging couldn't fix it if it was a permute (4th offence). All the above would be overridable via mod commands obviously. Might work on it when im not busy again if its feasable.

Tasers would be hilarious. Since we can monitor bullets when a person fires a weapon or gets shot by one we can modify values accordingly.

You aren't able to alter speeds with server code, only modifications can.

SetVehicleVelocity(); but it relies on timers and such. See how awful cruise control is (increasing your vehicle speed to the set value(s) for example).

I feel it should be somewhat more expensive (NOS);

Initial cost: 500,000
Charge cost: 1,000 (max of 100 charges or "uses").

Once uses are at 0, the NOS is gone until you recharge it, you should never have to buy it again.
