I wouldn't go anywhere near that if you want to sleep in the next hour or so. Blue light suppresses melatonin production which is the chemical that makes you want to go to sleep. You could always turn off the lighting (right?), dim your monitors and install f.lux though.

Otherwise... it looks pretty good. :like:

Thanks guys..

i can turn them off yes, got them from amazon, they are supposed to be used to underlight kitchen countertops but i just stuck some under the desk, cut the rest off and stuck that to the back of my computer screens.. then used some solder and wire to join the under and upper parts together.
