you need 100 truckloads not score, do /stats and see how much you got
i do got 100 truck hauls, srry if i got the info right

Look at the total of the first 5, it says you got 49 truckloads done now.
what?
You earn score by all kind of missions, but you only earn truckloads by doing truck missions. (Artic, Dumper, fuel, cement and trashmaster)
It means the 50 van missions you did doesn't count for your truckloads.

Do truck missions (trash, fuel, artic, dumper, cement) until the server says you are 'Respected Trucker' = 100 truck missions, then you can buy house and police badge.
