Title: Change kick message for ELM

Change the message for when someone is kicked for ELM from 'No ELM' to 'No Emergency Lights Mod'.

A lot of people always ask what ELM is when someone is kicked for it, this would help  :)

This is more like a suggestion for moderators, as its us who write ELM :P
I will take your suggestion, next time i kick someone for it i will put "Emergency Light Mods are not allowed" :P

If you dont know what ELM is, you dont have to worry about being kicked for it :P

if someone has ELM, we dont have to use the exact phrase for it, Emergency Lights Mod.. we could simply say get rid of your ELM or get rid of you lights mod...
