Proof:
Wolf was stealing vehicles when I spotted him in Las Venturas. He went to San Fierro and I couldn't catch him to put him in jail. It was back in Lv again at 18:35/36 when I took its first screenshot
My local time is GMT +2 and he's been fake afk for more than a hour.
P.S. I'm sorry for framing this but I can't find the fake afk frame

We can't punish him for going afk, if a moderator is ingame you can ask him to kickidle afk players.
