Player reported: Rule broken: non-English in main chat

Proof:I was usually playing with my friend Xcruz, we were in a convoy when he said something unintentionally in the main chat, it was not English; so he was fined by Admin, Just at that moment had Stteve online and Viper, and I told Please unmute my love Xcruz and viper said In intao I asked him if he was admin and he said yes, and at that moment I took too mute for no reason.

I really see nothing wrong except that you were muted. Viper is not staff so he cannot say he muted you, he can reply to your question, which he did. noone knows who muted you..
to the report: wrong name and there is no non english... even it was intended for some other purpose
Don't ask admins to unmute players, they were muted for a reason.
