Title: New Years Race/Party (time added)

Hello,
Me and Driftingmaster are organising a Race/Party for the last hours from 2011!

Where's the party?

Foster Valley, San Fierro.

We're meeting there and wait for the people who want to join the race and drink beer. ;)


The Race:

We do this in rounds with 4 racers a race.
Here are the rounds:
First round: 4 racers, place 3 and 4 are out.
Second round: 4 racers, place 3 and 4 are out.
Third round: 4 racers, place 3 and 4 are out.
If needed we do also a fourth round: 4 racers, place 3 and 4 are out.
Semi Final 1: Number 1 and 2 from the first and second round go race, place 3 and 4 are out.
Semi Final 2: Number 1 and 2 from the third and fourth round go race, place 3 and 4 are out.
Final: The number 1 and 2 from Semi Final 1-2 go race.

Prizes:
First place: 100k ($100.000)- Axxy
Second place: 50k ($50.000)- lilcross
Third place: 25k ($25.000)- lude
Bad Luck prize: 10k ($10.000) - Bull

Rules:
1. Cars with a higher speed then 215 aren't allowed.
2. Taking shortcuts isn't allowed.
3. Blocking/Ramming/Deathmatching isn't allowed.
4. Bikes aren't allowed.
5. Enjoy it.

Event seems nice, but you are going to need a lot of security, because it's easy to make a shortcut here.

and how will you come to know whether someone has used shortcuts while taking U-turns or not?

Oh I forgot that... Bikes aren't allowed.
About the shortcuts... I will fly with a heli over the racer and when they take a shortcut I remove them.
