Yeah I did ram you, but not without a reason.. you were being racist to me in CB 5 which really annoyed me and after that you were also following me with that firetruck of yours for a couple minutes.

If you have proof of that, feel free to report it. But being provoked, or insulted, is not a valid reason to break the rules yourself.
