I need help to install the skin mods
here is a link to see the mods what i wanna install
http://imgur.com/a/3Pk54
put the files from each of the folders into gta3.img
each skin you replace is a txd and dff file. you need to possibly rename them and replace with whatever skin you wish to use it on. for example, the guy in the ammunation is name WMYAMMO.dff, and txd.
you would need some kind of ped editor (I recommend this one: http://www.gtainside.com/en/download.php?do=detail&cat=251&start=&orderBy=&id=4206) to be able to see the name you would want to use, to replace it correctly. go here http://weedarr.wikidot.com/skinlistc and see which ped you want to replace, use whatever editor you get, rename the mod files correctly, and then insert into your GTA3 img like you would for a car.
Thanks. but i am still stuck. how to do i put them in?

Use something like imgtool or spark.
Newfie check your pm, I sent you instructions when you asked in shoutbox a few days ago
I did not get your pm man
1. download mod
2. unzip mod files to a folder
3. open any IMG program like spark or IMGtool etc..etc..
4. import files into your GTA3.IMG using above program youve selected
5. save IMG
6. load SA and hope your file is either a usable ped (IE trucker/thief/chafuer/)
7. enjoy your mod
Ok so apparently I didn't send a pm, odd. anyways, search gta wiki for the skin(s) you wish to replace, once found rename the mod files to the skin file matching the skin you wish to replace, unzip your mod file into a new folder or somewhere outside of the rar file, and open Alci img editor (you can download Alci's img editor here=http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=17269) Once open click on open (top left hand corner, second icon) and locate your gta3.img file (Should be in Gta San Andreas/models) once opened, click on "replace(remove if exists)" and locate your mod file, once found either double click the file or just click on open, if you want to install another then click on "replace(remove if exists) again and repeat the above steps from the replace step. once all the texture mods are installed you want click on save (upper toolbar, save icon similar to the one in gta sa) then close the window and your mod should be installed
