You need to complete 100 missions in a truck.

100 truckloads is any combination of the first five missions in /stats.. Arctic, Dumper, Cement, Fuel or Garbage
The police test should be linked with the score. The guy passed the test before 100 truck loads, there should be a warning if you have less then 100 truck loads

It doesnt matter, hes passed the test, he wont need to pass it again. When he gets 100 truck loads, he can just go buy the badge.

12 hours before you can retake it if you fail, 24 hours to buy it after passing the test.

Okay. so, he passed the test.
but because has less then 100 truckloads he can't buy the license.
and he will need to redo the police test whenever he has 100 truckloads.

11 truckloads untill you can be cop.
there is no problem , i can do it again , but its boring :s
