PS4 uses x86 architecture that differs from Cell processors used by PS3.
Game developers companies knew about PS4 from much more early time than us.
They surely been working on a version for ps4, thats probably the main reason why GTA 5 release date got delayed.

To clear up some stuff for you plebs.

It will be released for PS3. The PS4 uses a completely different way of programming so if they DO decide to release it for PS4 it's going to take a while. They've been working on GTA V for a while and it'd be a waste if they had to rewrite everything.

Loosely quoting from the interview with one of Rockstar's guys, there won't be a Bone County.. Because that's based of Nevada. The whole map of GTA V will be based off Los Angeles, so everything is obviously redesigned. There will be some desert, but that's part of LA, not Nevada. So no, the dam is not Sherman Dam.

but, the PS4 uses genuine PC parts, instead of modified parts like the PS3. This means that if they make a PC version, a PS4 version is inevitable, and vice versa.

GTA V will come out for the PS3 orginally. Then the PS4.

BF3 was realeased last year, and this year it is being re-released on the PS4 as a remake.

They will do the same with GTA V, whether it is straight away or some time after

v0.2 is out for FactorsCalc - this update makes it look alot nicer adding in color and background Although big number crashes have not been fixed yet [There is also a small little black line across the center that i forgot to fix, sorry!]

v0.1 is out for Elements - this app enables you to click an Element on the periodic table and it will tell you the weight, the atomic number, the melting and boiling temp - this app is not mine but i have just ported it to android from html web code.

Ok guys so here is my brand new android app made by me. All you do is type in a number (not too big or it crashes at this stage - need to fix) and it will tell you if it is an even or odd number, and what every single factor of that number is. I think this could be really helpful to people that are in school or just need to work this out in their time. Yes, i know this app is very dull and boring at this stage, but its still in dev, (v0.1) and i will continue to work on it to make it better. Also, this app currently works on android 2.1, 2.2, 2.3.x, 4.0.x, 4.1.x and 4.2.x . It also works on all screen sizes - i have tested on 3.5 inch, 4 inch, Galaxy S3, Nexus 4, Nexus 7, Nexus 10 and LG Optimus Range. Enjoy!
