Proof:we where joking with FokkerF28 talking about to play divebombing in the airport and i see constant no english from this player.

Another one from a week, he always hides with a /22. 10-22 (disregard last message) to pretend he didn't do it intentionally.

Was not in a CB at the time, however I don't consider this as an offence.

I don't find this enough proof to warn, as in-game he should have been muted/kicked instead of being shown rules the second time.
