I don't think anyone will approve of this, or like it, but it's worth a shot!
SO I was looking for a particular house and I ended up searching ALL of SA. The mainlands AND Wet County only not to find it. Then I found out it was in Blackfield....a place i had already searched......
Soooo, I was thinking that one would have the ability to search up houses.
Maybe in the Houses tab on the side bar, there can be "Search for a house." You can search a house ID, type up someone's name and you can find what house they own OR you can look through houses based on a "slots" category. All of the 1 slot houses would be under the 1 slot category, 2 slots under the 2 slot category, and so forth.
It sounds VERY time consuming but it's a suggestion...I just want to see how others feel.
+100000 maybe also an area search, like search for all houses in Pricle Pine or Bluberry etc... great idea :D

This requests alot of research and sorting :D
+1 for this, especially being able to search a player's name, and it will show what house they have.
Or i think maybe Mapper's Create a Small island with 2-3-4 slot in tierra or in Blueberry
Nice idea Calvin, +1. :)

Uhm, i believe you didn't quite understand the suggestion. He didn't suggest more houses, but a possibility to search houses that already exist.
Good idea :p +1

I guess it IS a bit too much to ask for huh? LOL
Well, seems a little bit hard to do, but if it could be possible...
+1 !
I (and other people on the dev team) will be more than happy to research and sort the houses.
Why not make it like when you go on a player's profile on the website, it shows their house?
Just like when you go on your own profile, you can see your own house. Why not make this option for all players, so when you enter someones profile, you can press "House" on the right tab, and it will show the house information!
+1 . I hope it will be added :OK:

I didn't make this suggestion to specifically look for someone's house but to take a look at higher slot houses.
+1 cal it would be easyer to find THE house we are looking for

Cool. Everyone agrees.
Hopefully, now it's just a matter of if it will be added or not.

Well it makes sense, thanks, but sometimes I would want to look at certain house slots. Like all of 4, 5, 6 or up slots.
Why not? +1
Sounds feasible. But number of results will be limited to avoid overloading the databse.

There's a lot of houses there so yeah it would be wise to limit results per page. Good suggestion.

There are less than 1500 houses, and they all have a unique (and Im guessing a primary key in the SQL database) ID. To query them ALL would take less than 2 seconds. Pagination would be good though, because it would be hard to look through 1500 results to find one.

Think of all of the images that need to be downloaded too! Definitely needs pagination.
Who woulda thought people were still talking about this XD.

Err what do you mean? Results in total or results per page? Sorry for stupid question LOL.
Sorry for bumping...Will be added in CT.dev, search types:
I won't do by-name search since you will be able to find the player's profile and find their house from there. (since houses belongs to player, not player belongs to house)
