command "/cbs" needs implemented to /cbhelp, as it's not even on the server rules dialouge box

*CB radio is easy to use and will allow you to talk with your friends without interfering with other players.
*Default (public) CB channel is 19. Everyone can see messages here even if they use differen channel
*If you change channel to different than 19, your messages will be seen only for players on that channel, but you still will be able to see messages from channel 19.
*If you want to send message to public channel (19) without leaving your channel, type /19 [text]
*You should change your CB channel if you want to chat in different language than English
*If you want send quick messages, you can use ten codes. Some of them are available as commands eg. /4 for 10-4 or /20 to send code and your location. For full list of codes type /codes
