Payout for taxi and other such vehicles will not be the same as the stretch cause the stretch has the added difficulty of no damage.  You want same payout, then taxis and such should take the same risk and loose the mission upon taking damage.

Managed to deliver Squirrel from his house in Paradiso, San Fierro to the Vice City Opera in Vice City Island, Wet County sucessfully.  Got stuck behind an accident and almost lost the mission in Las Venturas at the Happyland bridge.  Had to gently get around the abandoned truck and trailer that was left behind in the accident.  In total, I got $15,682 for my troubles.

I think the biggest reason we don't see reports of ramming here is the inability to fire off fraps, xfire, or the F8 button at the right moment to show sufficient proof of ramming by those that choose to blow through that "shortcut" without taking the time to check their radar for the traffic that is going through that intersection.  Pictures of the scene after the incident get brushed off as not enough proof.

Looking @ the truck map, Why is there a red dot on the sea? Did they use a sat nav?

By the looks of that video, it appeared that the guy was also a thief just because there were 3 or 4 cops coming up behind him.  It also appears that the person clipped Jedi, therefore an admin could say that it was not intentional and therefore only an accident.

Player B offers cash to Player A to sell house.
Player A accepts offer and tells Player B to sit at the house.
Player A sells house, having it come onto the market immediately.
Player B immediately buys house, leaving no chance for others to buy it.

I love what I see and it will be interesting to do missions there once it becomes active.  Awesome work there Ethan.

It was tried once and after two fouled up auctions was stopped.

Auction 1. House given to wrong person, resulting in that person having everything sold and ending up in debt.  Actual winner was given another house that was also up for auction.

Auction 2. Winning bid was denied because of Mick's definition of GMT.  Mick declared that his current time was GMT when it was actually BST (British Summer Time / GMT +1)

I won't necessarily kill the fun, it would just make it harder to do so.

How about this:
-A player sells their house
-After however many minutes, the house goes up for sale
-No one knows that I will be up for sale (it won't be in /forsale or on the website)
-The house still says "Owned by:<name>" UNTIL the time is up, then it is announced

Leads to house trading.

Player sells house and another player buys the rights to know that the house is going to become available.  That person then sits in the area and becomes the first person to buy it.

Server owner, Mick88, will decide when and if to add any roadworks to the server.
