hi,

most of never occupied BS are so for well known reason.
after you buy, it is too late to understand you can only
park the small number of members vehicles. real reason is too many obstacles make parking impossible.
many players want to buy,  they do not for "impossible to park". no need small hangars or/and built-in desk or garage in base. the only reason  we do not change it is by nostalgy of so-called historical players who made it. at-the-end-of- the-day, none buy. it is farly time to re-think it.
many thank you to the team in charge of that job...
No need giant bases, just bases where all is possible.
