What actually was happening:
I was wanted and he rammed me head on, And then banned me for vehicle health hacks? as you can see in the picture below my vehicle is damaged..

I confirm that all above information is true and I am aware that posting false information in ban appeal will result in my ban being extended.

You were lucky because I haven't recorded.

In first picture the cop was ramming your car off and no damage for you, and in second after a wall crash you got just 2.0% less in vehicle health.
