It'd be great if all house prices go down by at least 25%, especially that expensive 7 slot and 5 slot houses. It takes years to earn that much money which you are able to buy them with.

A drop in price would help eat up some of the open houses, especially 2 slots which may disappear quick. Perhaps changing some of the 1 slots to 2 would help balance it out.
