hey bro,
Yesterday I was a victim of theft while was doing a mission with securicar.
my suggestion is to add a command. 
  for example: / 9 which will be triggered by those who suffers an attack by thieves, this command warns officers  who will go online to help citizens in difficulty, though there are no official will come out a message that will alert the civil. So who is attacked will try to resist, since it will not be able to defend themselves, until the police arrived.
