Two new /work types.

I have an idea for two new work types, and two new achievements for them.

1. Firetruck missions. /w, select one of three. It's a list of cars, just like thief. You have to put out burning vehicles.
Complete 500 and you get the 'Fireman' Achievement. Reward: $500,000 and /flip works 2x faster.

2. Pizzaboy missions. /w and you need to deliver to destinations. It makes an auto destination, just like tow truck. Complete 500 and you get the 'Pizzaboy' achievement. Reward: $500,000 and a Pizzaboy bike. You'd have to remove the pizzaboy from the bike dealer for this.
