Cb 11 as Latvians cb.

/cb 11 as Lativa/Latvian cb channel.
Latvians doesnt have own cb channel.
But Estonians have cb 10  and Lithaunians cb 12.
Why Latvins doesnt have cb 11 ?
We are Baltic States theese 3 countrys.
I think in convoytrucking.net the most of players from Estonia, Lithaunnia, and Latvia are Latvians.
We need cb 11 as Latvians cb.
Resons why? :
1.) We need Latvians cb.
2.) Cb 11 its free.
3.) In map we are between Lithaunia and Estonia.
4.) Bcoz we Latvians are joining cb 10, bcoz there are no Latvians cb.
Its not hard to change it. Just 1-2 lines in script, but we need it.

CB's aren't official unless they have (official) next to them. IE 19, 8 and 9.

If it was to be added, how many people would use it? its useless adding something for it to not get used.

The discussion about being add or not costs more time than adding this. I think since he is suggesting it that it's going to be used anyway. Maybe somebody can search out how many latvians there are @ ct
