He even insulted me because we had a debate about Wrecker achievement.He said that it will give you the ability to fix your car 2 times faster and I corrected him saying it's 4 time faster.And he started to insult me and as soon as he saw me on road he started to ramm me.
As you can see he wasn't a thief.
