Pm`s

When someone distub`s you in pm you can disamble pm but you cant in /messages !
My idea is for new command that is someone can block all pm`s like in /messages and with /givemoney and other transfers.

Disabling offline messages isn't possible since some admin actions depend on it. Also it would break club's 'send message to members' which defeats the purpose of it.

I suggest you tell whoever is annoying you with offline messages to stop annoying you, or they will be breaking rule 6.
