What actually was happening:
i  was cop and traktor was drive too fast on speedtraps and he was suspect and i arrest him and he ask me how he can bail from the jail and i tell him to type /bailout he tell me that hi dont have too much money and he want money from me and i sent him 20k and after 10-20 mins he back money to me
