What actually was happening:
I started to play convoy trucking from my laptop,but he brokendown aprox 2 weeks ago,and
 continued on my brother pc (Dr.k1ll3r),he was banned for scamming 1/2 days ago,but the ban was maked for ip,and now i can't play on server from my account.

yes same house,same network and same pc now.

Since you are both on the same network, there is nothing i can do. If one person gets banned, then all players will stay banned. Rejected.
