Well a car dealer there would be pointless, you buy the car, then you need to put it in the water and restore it for 15k on the shore

suggest better loaction then I'm not saying i'll make it there ( if i'll even make it o.O ) I were just trying if it's possible or not. Added now houses and beach object and i have few complications already :/ not that easy to do :C
