Suggestion for Club Vehicles

Some thing to counteract that, maybe that in the general club rules, (not for the individual club), they any money they donate may be used for club vehicles that they could be restricted access to?
It is the only way i could think to fix that.

Tis a nice idea. But i feel it'd be abused way too much. I don't want to add something that'd give admins more work. Feel free to come up with various suggestions for it il leave it open
